Tim Asimos is a recognized authority and catalyst for change in A/E/C marketing, providing keen insights on modern marketing principles and an uncommon perspective gleaned from more than 16 years of experience both inside and outside the industry. As Vice President and Director of Digital Innovation at circle S studio, Tim leads the marketing agency’s development of innovative strategies in website development, content marketing, lead generation, account-based marketing and marketing technology. A national speaker and syndicated blogger, Tim’s expertise has been featured in numerous industry publications, webinars, programs and conferences around the country. Tim is a longstanding SMPS member and a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM). He’s also a member of the American Marketing Association and is a Past President of the Richmond, Virginia chapter.

Kristin Kautz is a CPSM and received the 40-Under-40 Award from Building Design and Construction in 2006. She received her degree in Art and Political Science from Trinity University (San Antonio) and has spent the past 20 years in marketing and business development for non-profit, corporate, business-to-business, and customer service firms.

She is the currently the Director of Corporate Marketing at LJA Engineering. Her career included Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum; Director of Corporate Marketing at Jones|Carter; Partner and Director of Marketing with PhiloWilke Partnership; Senior Associate and Director of Marketing for Bermello, Ajamil and Partners; and, Marketing Professional at Hellmuth Obata + Kassabaum (HOK).

She has been active in SMPS for the past 16 years including: 2016 Marketing Excellence Award from SMPS Houston; Earned CPSM; Houston Chapter Board as Membership Director 2014-2016; Mentor; Programs Committee; Business Development Roundtable; Presenter at multiple past conferences (national, regional, and chapter education events); Design awards winner; and Chapter Diamond Sponsor.
